Hovland Achieves ITIL v3 Manager Certification
EDINA, MN – April 9, 2008 – New Horizons of Minnesota instructor, Ron Hovland has accomplished what few others have—he earned his ITIL v3 Manager’s Bridge certification. Hovland is the second New Horizons of Minnesota instructor to become ITIL v3 Manager certified this year. Eric Goodoien passed the exam with distinction in January. CSME and ISEB's announcemaent that Hovland passed his March ‘ITIL v3 Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management’ exam came today. This is a significant accomplishment considering the high level of difficulty and low pass-rate of the exam. Hovland has over twenty years experience in the IT industry and is ITIL Foundations, Practitioner and Master Certified. He also developed and wrote curriculum for ITIL v3 Foundation and ITIL v3 Foundation Bridge courses.
