What is CLD?

What is the CLD?

New Horizons has been a trusted advisor to IT and Business Professionals for over 35 years. We’ve taken everything we have learned and put it into the Center for Leadership and Development and created a unique experience unlike anything else in the industry. We care not only about the classroom experience, by offering Facilitators who have at least a decade of real-world expertise and demonstrated passion for the subject matter, but also beyond the classroom. Each course comes with a rich set of post-class reinforcement assets specifically on the topic being explored. There are dozens of assets for each course, designed to help the attendee continue to benefit and grow. Our Facilitators have a desire to lead people through behavioral change by allowing them to reflect and apply the personal discoveries they make in class. This program has been endorsed by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), an independent, globally recognized leader in Learning and Development program assessment. They reviewed our program using a myriad of criteria and awarded us the rating of “Excellent”, the highest they have ever given a Leadership program.

Every CLD course includes:

  • Student Guide
  • Activity Guide
  • Post Class Materials
    • e-books
    • on-demand courses
    • quick videos
    • personal and team self-assesments
    • tools and templates
